EYEBROW MICROBLADING

Microblading is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing technique designed to enhance, reshape, or create fuller-looking eyebrows. Using a hand-held tool with ultra-fine needles, pigment is deposited into the upper layers of the skin in hair-like strokes that mimic natural brow hairs. The result is soft, realistic, and beautifully defined brows tailored to your face shape.

The effect of Microblading can last from 9-18 months, it s subject to fading overtime due to client’s lifestyle and daily activities as well as the health of their skin. Increasing exfoliation of the skin such as sun exposure, skin care products may shorten the lasting period of microblading.

Our Price $750 (includes Touch-up session)

The Procedure

  1. Consultation –Before your microblading session, a separate consultation appointment is required. During this appointment we will assess your skin, review your medical history, discuss any contraindications, and go through pre- and post-care instructions. This ensures you are the right candidate for the treatment and helps us achieve the best possible results for your brows

  2. Mapping & Design – We begin by discussing your desired brow shape, colour, and style to ensure the results complement your features. Then your brows are carefully measured and outlined to create a flattering shape.

  3. Numbing – A topical anesthetic is applied to keep you comfortable throughout the procedure.

  4. Microblading – Fine, natural-looking strokes are created to blend seamlessly with your existing brows.

  5. Finishing Touch – Pigment is applied to set the strokes, and you’ll be given aftercare instructions.

The entire appointment usually takes 2–3 hours.

Healing Process & Stages

Microblading involves a healing journey. Here’s what to expect:

  • Days 1–2: Brows appear darker and bolder.

  • Days 3–5: Some redness or mild scabbing may occur.

  • Days 5–10: Flaking/peeling is normal; colour may fade as the skin heals.

  • Weeks 2–4: Brows may look lighter or patchy before pigment resurfaces.

  • Week 6–8: Healing is complete, and your brows will look natural and defined.

💡 A touch-up session is usually required 6–8 weeks after your first appointment to perfect the results.

Pre-Care (Before Your Appointment)

To ensure the best results:

  • Do not consume coffee before your procedure

  • Do not drink alcohol 24-48 hours before your procedure.
  • Do not take Aspirin or Ibuprofen for pain killers (these also thin the blood) at least 48-72 hours prior to the procedure.
  • Avoid sun exposure, tanning, or chemical peels or any type of facials for at least 2 weeks.

  • Do not wax, tweeze, or tint brows one week before your session.

  • Let your skin rest — no heavy skincare acids, retinol, or Botox near the brows for at least 2 weeks prior.

  • Do not workout the day of the procedure.

  • Do not take fish oil or Vitamin E one week prior to the procedure ( they are natural blood thinners)
  • Shower and fix your hair as you need to take extra care not to get your brows wet for several days.

Post-Care (After Your Appointment)

Proper aftercare is crucial for long-lasting results:

  • Keep brows dry for the first 10 days (avoid swimming, saunas, heavy sweating and hot showers).

  • Do not pick, rub or scratch scabs; let them fall off naturally.

  • Apply aftercare ointment for 7 days as directed.

  • Avoid makeup, skincare, or exfoliants on the brow area until fully healed.

  • Protect your brows from the sun — use SPF once healed to prevent fading.

  • Use a clean pillowcase.
  • No facials, Botox, chemical treatments for 4 weeks.
  • Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for 4 weeks after the procedure. wear a hat if possible when outdoors.

Who is a Good Candidate?

Microblading is ideal for clients who want natural, fuller brows. However, it may not be suitable if you:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding

  • Have certain medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, skin disorders, blood-thinning medication, autoimmune condition)

  • Have very sensitive skin or allergies to pigments

  • Prone to keloid scaring.
  • Have an oily skin ( excessive oil in the skin can push pigment out of the skin during the healing process. The extra oil flow in the skin causes the crisp hair-like strokes to “Blur”, sometimes blending together instead of staying Sharp. In some cases Pigment doesn’t retain at all)

(A consultation is always recommended to ensure you’re a suitable candidate.)

FAQ

Does Microblading Hurt?

This depends on every individuals pain tolerance,Most clients describe the sensation as mild discomfort rather than pain. A numbing cream is applied before and during the procedure to keep you comfortable and takes the edge off.

How is microblading different from tattooing?

Unlike traditional tattoos, microblading is semi-permanent and uses pigment that fades naturally over time. The strokes are created on the surface layers of the skin the pigment is deposited into the upper layer of the dermis (just below the epidermis), giving a softer, more natural look.

What if I don't like the shape?

Before we begin, we map out your brows and get your approval. Nothing is done until you’re completely happy with the shape and style.

Will my eyebrows look dark?

Right after the procedure, brows will appear darker. This is temporary. As they heal, the colour lightens by up to 30–40%, leaving a softer, natural result.

How often do I need touch up?

A touch-up is usually required 6–8 weeks after your first appointment. After that, most clients come back once a year to maintain the shape and colour.

Can I still wear brow makeup?

Once your brows are fully healed which is around 4-6 weeks, you can use brow makeup if you’d like extra definition — though most clients find they no longer need it

What if I have little or no brow hair?

Microblading is best when you already have hair to blend with , it works beautifully to fill in sparse areas, define existing brows, or create an entirely new brow shape. However, if someone has very sparse or no hair, the microblading strokes will sit alone on bare skin making them look unnatural , harsh or even drawn-on lines.

In these cases, techniques such as Ombre or Combination brows are usually recommended, as they use soft shading (with or without strokes) to create the illusion of fuller, more defined brows. These methods provide a more balanced and natural results for sparse brows.

PLEASE NOTE: unfortunately, we do not currently offer Ombre or combination brows at our clinic.

What happens if I wet my brows before 10 days?

It’s very important to keep your brows dry for the first 10 days after your microblading session. If the treated area gets wet too soon:

  • The pigment can be pushed out of the skin, causing patchy or faded results.

  • Moisture may soften scabs before they’re ready to fall off naturally, which can lead to uneven healing or loss of colour.

  • There’s a higher risk of infection if bacteria from water or skincare products enters the healing skin.

For best results, avoid swimming, saunas, sweating, long showers, and washing the brow area until healing is complete. If your brows accidentally get wet, gently blot (don’t rub) them dry right away with a clean tissue.
